She brings significant experience in human centric cyber security, resilience, crisis management, and cyber response. Dominika also leads a human – centric behaviour change program designed to uplift cyber culture, training and reduce the human risk in cyber, utilising emerging technologies, neuroscience, AI, change management and advanced adult learning principles. She holds a Masters by Research degree in resilience and critical infrastructure from QUT.

Chathura is a trusted cybersecurity advisor with over 20 years of industry experience. With a strong track record of advising boards and executive teams, he brings a unique ability to translate complex technical risks into clear, actionable governance insights.

He has led high-performing cybersecurity teams at two of the Big Four consulting firms in Australia for over a decade, delivering large-scale cybersecurity assessments, internal audits, and incident response programs for major Australian and global organisations. His expertise spans strategic advisory and hands-on leadership during high-impact cyber events. He currently contributes to the industry as Chair of CREST Australasia.

He is also recognised as a Fellow of the Australian Information Security Association (AISA) and has been awarded the title of Fellow by CREST. He is presently engaged in the pursuit of a doctoral degree in Cybersecurity and Space Intelligence.

Ian Sokol is the Regional Sales Manager at Juniper Mist Systems, based in Sydney, Australia. With years of experience this role, he helps customers design and deploy next-generation AI-driven, cloud-delivered networks.

Jayaprakash (JP) Muthusamy is the Founder and CEO of Borderless CS, as well as the Chair of the Board of Directors at CyberYouth Australia Limited. Borderless CS is committed to providing innovative security solutions that safeguard businesses against the ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats.

With more than 28 years of leadership experience, JP is widely recognized as a visionary cybersecurity strategist. He has built a strong reputation for guiding organizations through complex security challenges, ensuring that cybersecurity initiatives are seamlessly aligned with broader business objectives.

Karunesh Mani serves as the Managing Director of Kastel Technologies, with over two decades of experience in IT security, VoIP, and network integration.

A visionary leader, he has guided Kastel’s strategy to deliver cutting-edge, secure, and seamless technology solutions across voice, video, and data platforms.

Currently the Chief Technical Officer at Telecom Fiji, Mesake Tuinabua is responsible for overseeing the company’s network infrastructure and driving technological innovation. With 22 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, he holds a Master’s in Information Systems from the University of the South Pacific and has built a career dedicated to advancing digital connectivity, innovation, and operational excellence.

Recognized for spearheading international partnerships with leading vendors, Mesake has introduced innovative technologies and solutions to Telecom Fiji, strengthening both business performance and service capabilities.

He combines deep technical expertise with strategic project leadership to drive digital transformation in the telecommunications sector and has made significant contributions to the growth and modernization of Fiji’s telecommunications industry through active participation in forums, strategic initiatives, and regional collaboration.

Mohammed Moishin is the Director for Digital Government Transformation at the Government of Fiji. He holds a Master of Science (Research) degree from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from the University of the South Pacific.

With over six years of experience across the public and private sectors, Moishin is contributing to key national initiatives in digitalisation and cybersecurity, including the digitalFIJI and businessNOW projects, the implementation of Fiji’s National Digital Strategy, and the development of the National Cybersecurity Strategy.

Committed to building resilient, inclusive, and secure digital ecosystems, he advocates the use of technology to drive sustainable development and empower communities across Fiji and the Pacific.

Sitiveni Nabuka is the GM IT for Fijian Holdings Limited, where he leads digital transformation across its 10 subsidiary companies.

He began his IT career by building national systems, including the BDM, Immigration, and Elections platforms, and later served as the Director of the e-Government Program.

Over the past decade, Sitiveni has focused on the FinTech space, leading award-winning solutions at FNPF, including the member administration software, mobile app, Employer Portal, and COVID-19 assistance platforms.

Today, his passion is in FinTech for SMEs, and he will share insights on the topic: "E-Commerce, AI, and Automation: Leveraging Digital Platforms to Transform Pacific SMEs for a Connected Business Landscape."

Jeetesh Kumar is the General Manager at Bondwell, a key IT partner for the Pacific. A veteran of the sales and marketing industry, Jeetesh has a distinguished career with global FMCG companies, including Coca-Cola, Nestle, and Asaleo Care (now Essity).

He firmly believes that simplicity is the best path to growth—whether in personal life, professional life, or business. It is this very belief that has led him to be here today to discuss how TP-Link’s Omada range can simplify connectivity and drive growth for businesses across the Pacific.

Outside of work, Jeetesh is a passionate traveler and a dedicated foodie.

Samuela Finau hails from Cakova, Moala in Lau and is passionate about making the online world a safer place for Fijians. As Manager Outreach Program at the Online Safety Commission, he leads digital safety awareness programs across the country working with schools, faith-based groups, government agencies, and communities.

Before joining OSC, Samuela dedicated 16 years to the Fiji Police Force as a cybercrime investigator, specializing in digital forensics and online crime investigations. He now uses that experience to empower young people, parents, and community leaders with practical skills to protect themselves online.

Samuela continues to share his knowledge with the vision of creating a safer, more resilient Fiji in the digital space.

Ruth Bishop is an accomplished Business Transformation and Change Manager with over 18 years of experience driving innovation, operational efficiency, and strategic technology adoption across both the public and private sectors. As the current Director of Technology & Compliance at Aspen Medical, Ruth leads the integration of technology with corporate strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. She has successfully delivered enterprise-level software implementations across multiple countries, introduced cloud adoption frameworks, and led organisational change programs that align business goals with scalable digital solutions.

In addition to her corporate leadership, Ruth is a passionate community advocate with a long-standing history of grassroots involvement. She has served in leadership roles on various school boards and parent associations, established a local swim school, and continues to volunteer with the NSW Rural Fire Service, Australia. Her commitment to equity and access—particularly in remote and underserved communities—drives both her professional focus and volunteer efforts. Ruth brings a unique blend of strategic insight, hands-on operational experience, and a deep commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

Matt has been at Ruckus 12 years and is the team lead for the ANZ Systems Engineering Team.

During this time Matt has been involved in thousands of wireless network infrastructure projects from small business roll outs through to nationwide deployments for large enterprises and government. With a passion for IT Security, Matt has previously been part of the Black Hat NoC team across multiple events and is a specialist in Network Security and Authentication technologies.

Most recently Matt has been involved in the New Zealand Ministry of Education Network Upgrade Program contributing to the success of the project which has seen 60,000 Access Points deployed across 2500 schools managed from a single Ruckus Solution.

Matt has been working with customers across Fiji for the past 10 years providing training and guidance on network upgrades and installations.

Praneel is the Manager ICT at Bondwell, with over 10 years of experience in ICT leadership, enterprise systems, and network infrastructure. He has managed ERP, POS, cloud, and security solutions, driving efficiency and digital growth for organizations.

An Omada Certified Instructor for Wireless and Routing & Switching, Praneel brings hands-on expertise in network solution design. He also holds industry certifications from Cisco, Dell, and Veeam, and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Fiji National University.

His IT career spans roles across Vodafone, FMF, Vinod Patel, and Bondwell, as well as international experience with AIBD in Kuala Lumpur, where he coordinated ICT, cybersecurity, and green tech programmes across 32 member countries.

Outside of work, he enjoys singing and playing soccer.

Shivneet brings over 20 years of experience in the ICT and Telecommunications sector, with deep expertise in network design, security, troubleshooting, and ICT systems management. A Cisco CCNP, CCDA, and Watchguard certified professional, he holds a Master’s in Networking and Systems Administration.

Shivneet is a results-oriented leader known for driving ICT infrastructure projects, service delivery, and large-scale enterprise solutions while building strong vendor and client relationships.

Chanelle Zoing is a seasoned leader in digital transformation with over 20 years of experience across banking, government, and tourism. She has spearheaded major projects like core banking system rollouts, data harmonization, and government API initiatives, always balancing technical change with human-centered impact.

She is a strong advocate for the Pacific Blue Continent vision, emphasizing that transformation is as much about culture and community as it is about technology. Active in Women in Tech Fiji, she works to expand opportunities for women and youth in STEM across the Pacific.

Beyond her professional expertise, Chanelle is also known as a lively Master of Ceremonies, most recently hosting the Pacific Fiber Conference 2025. With her reputation for clarity, resilience, and inspiration, she continues to influence digital futures while raising Pacific voices on the global stage.

Dr. Sofia Ali is an Assistant Professor at Fiji National University’s School of Education with over 34 years of experience in primary and tertiary education. She holds a Ph.D. from Mangalore University, India, and additional qualifications from the University of the South Pacific.

Her work spans teaching postgraduate courses, supervising Master’s and Ph.D. candidates, and mentoring early-career researchers in the Pacific. Her research interests include ICT in education, mathematics pedagogy, curriculum reform, rural education, gender and leadership, and the role of education in achieving the SDGs, particularly in climate change and small island contexts.

She also contributes to the field as a member of the Editorial Board for the International Education Journal (IEJ) and serves on the Executive Committee of the Oceania Comparative and International Education Society (OCIES).

Shanil Chetty is a forward-thinking ICT and Cybersecurity leader currently serving as the Manager ICT & Cybersecurity at the Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji (CAAF). With extensive expertise in aviation cybersecurity, enterprise IT transformation, and regulatory compliance, Shanil is driving digital modernization initiatives across the Pacific.

He has successfully led technology projects, including cloud migrations, large-scale cybersecurity awareness campaigns, infrastructure upgrades, and strategic risk assessments aligned with global standards. Shanil champions cybersecurity resilience through the adoption of Zero Trust principles and robust policy frameworks based on international best practices.

His diverse experience spans aviation, higher education, and digital innovation, providing him with a unique multi-sectoral perspective. Shanil is committed to bridging the digital divide in Pacific nations, actively contributing to regional technology communities and professional development programs.
