Technical View: How do we currently measure Internet quality and resilience? Presented by Warren (ISOC).
Human View:What does a day in the life of an underserved community look like? Presented by M-Lab.
Interactive panel discussion and Q&A exploring how Internet resilience data is identified, validated and applied in policy and development work.
Co-design workshop with mixed discussion groups (policymakers, researchers and industry).
Discussion Prompt:“What are your perceived challenges to the Internet’s resilience? What successes have you seen in strengthening Internet resilience in the Pacific or other Small Island Developing States (SIDS)?”
Feedback and iteration session where groups identify evidence gaps and discuss available tools and datasets.
Discussion Prompt:“What evidence and tools are currently available to help you measure and support your claims?”
Each group presents its top two actionable recommendations to the plenary.
Closing remarks outlining how workshop outcomes will inform future research and collaborative initiatives.
