About Us

The National Conference on Information Technology (NCIT) 2026 is Fiji’s premier annual technology event, bringing together industry leaders, innovators, policymakers, educators, and technology professionals from across Fiji and the Pacific region. Hosted at the renowned Shangri-La Yanuca Island, Fiji, the conference provides a platform for sharing knowledge, exploring emerging technologies, and strengthening digital collaboration.
Organized by the National Training and Productivity Centre (NTPC) of Fiji National University, NCIT focuses on advancing digital innovation, developing workforce capabilities, and supporting the region’s growing digital economy.
Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and exhibitions, NCIT 2026 will highlight the latest developments in areas such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data analytics, cloud computing, and digital transformation.

Chathura is a director in the consulting practice of KPMG Australia and leads the offensive cybersecurity services. He possesses over 20 years of experience in offensive cybersecurity, establishing himself as a highly technical cybersecurity practitioner. He holds certifications as a CREST Certified Simulated Attack Manager, a CREST Certified Tester, and serves as an examination assessor for CREST International. He additionally holds a position as an advisory board member for CREST Australasia. He has delivered complex technical cybersecurity assessment programs and incident response engagements for numerous high-profile Australian and global organisations. He is a Fellow of AISA and CREST. He is presently engaged in the pursuit of a doctoral degree in Cybersecurity and Space Intelligence.
