Dominika is a Partner at KPMG Australia and leads the Cyber Security and Resilience practice for KPMG Enterprise. She brings significant experience in human centric cyber security, resilience, crisis management, and cyber response. Dominika also leads a human – centric behaviour change program designed to uplift cyber culture, training and reduce the human risk in cyber, utilising emerging technologies, neuroscience, AI, change management and advanced adult learning principles. She holds a Masters by Research degree in resilience and critical infrastructure from QUT.

His expertise spans strategic advisory and hands-on leadership during high-impact cyber events. He currently contributes to the industry as Chair of CREST Australasia.
He is also recognised as a Fellow of the Australian Information Security Association (AISA) and has been awarded the title of Fellow by CREST. He is presently engaged in the pursuit of a doctoral degree in Cybersecurity and Space Intelligence.

With over six years of experience across the public and private sectors, Moishin is contributing to key national initiatives in digitalisation and cybersecurity, including the digitalFIJI and businessNOW projects, the implementation of Fiji’s National Digital Strategy, and the development of the National Cybersecurity Strategy.

Samuela Finau hails from Cakova, Moala in Lau and is passionate about making the online world a safer place for Fijians. As Manager Outreach Program at the Online Safety Commission, he leads digital safety awareness programs across the country working with schools, faith-based groups, government agencies, and communities.
Before joining OSC, Samuela dedicated 16 years to the Fiji Police Force as a cybercrime investigator, specializing in digital forensics and online crime investigations. He now uses that experience to empower young people, parents, and community leaders with practical skills to protect themselves online.
Samuela continues to share his knowledge with the vision of creating a safer, more resilient Fiji in the digital space.

She has successfully delivered enterprise-level software implementations across multiple countries, introduced cloud adoption frameworks, and led organisational change programs that align business goals with scalable digital solutions.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Ruth is a passionate community advocate with a long-standing history of grassroots involvement. She has served in leadership roles on various school boards and parent associations, established a local swim school, and continues to volunteer with the NSW Rural Fire Service, Australia. Her commitment to equity and access—particularly in remote and underserved communities—drives both her professional focus and volunteer efforts. Ruth brings a unique blend of strategic insight, hands-on operational experience, and a deep commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

Matt has worked with the Black Hat NoC team and specializes in network security and authentication. Recently, he contributed to the New Zealand Ministry of Education Network Upgrade, deploying 60,000 Access Points across 2,500 schools using a single Ruckus solution. Additionally, he has supported customers in Fiji for the past 10 years, offering training and guidance on network upgrades and installations.
