Chathura is a director in the consulting practice of KPMG Australia and leads the offensive cybersecurity services. He possesses over 20 years of experience in offensive cybersecurity, establishing himself as a highly technical cybersecurity practitioner. He holds certifications as a CREST Certified Simulated Attack Manager, a CREST Certified Tester, and serves as an examination assessor for CREST International. He additionally holds a position as an advisory board member for CREST Australasia. He has delivered complex technical cybersecurity assessment programs and incident response engagements for numerous high-profile Australian and global organisations. He is a Fellow of AISA and CREST. He is presently engaged in the pursuit of a doctoral degree in Cybersecurity and Space Intelligence.
